With the food and wine excursion in Valchiusella we will immerse ourselves in the woods between streams and mule tracks arriving at the mountain pastures and discover how artisanal dairy production is born. Toma butter and ricotta will be the setting for a light lunch in the middle of nature. In the afternoon we will allow ourselves a stop in the cool waterfalls of the stream and then return to the valley and enjoy a selection of Canavese wines in Zalto crystal goblets alongside a tasting of tome ranging from the most distant pastures of Valchiusella.
