With the Figliej food and wine excursion we will have the opportunity to discover the origin of biodiversity in the Settimo Vittone’s vineyards. We will start with a 3 hour trek along the Via Francigena and along the history of the heroic Canavese viticulture with the concept of vineyard/garden, on which, exploiting every centimeter of land recovered and protected by centuries-old dry stone walls, fruit and vegetables were grown and bred. animals, providing plants with a rich, but above all heterogeneous nourishment system. Willow binding, organic production and the passion of Bianca and Riccardo will accompany a tasting in Zalto crystal glasses of 4 wines, passing from Rosso Figliej to Chèmp and from Toppia to Darecà.
