The wine and food excursion of the Cantina della Serra shows how the historic Olivettiana community identity has been able to preserve viticulture and look to distant horizons. We will start with the excursion along the Via Francigena on the Serra morenica d’Ivrea, along side pergole and chestnut trees up to Vigna Cariola; upon returning, a light lunch will be waiting for us in the cellar with local products of Canavese gastronomy that will accompany a tasting of 8 wines in Zalto crystal glasses, including a small vertical of Erbaluce to testify to its great longevity.
