The Gardenia Restaurant (1 Michelin star) is located in a beautiful 19th century house in the medieval village of Caluso, in the Canavese area.
Cozy rooms and elegant furnishings, mise en place with silverware, linen tablecloths and fresh flowers are the setting for a great kitchen.
In addition to the internal rooms, the restaurant has a cool outdoor area, a lovely garden and a magnificent vegetable garden.
You will be welcomed by the chef Mariangela Susigan who, with vigor and personality, expresses the cuisine of the territory with original and refined creative imagination. In spring the chef collects wild herbs in Valchiusella and in the Morainic Amphitheater. A sustainable cuisine, where vegetables from their own garden are used and which remains attentive to local traditions and products.
For these reasons, the Gardenia Restaurant received the Green Star for sustainability from the 2021 Michelin Guide.
