A journey to discover the soul of each wine production and its history, inextricably linked to Caluso and to its morainic hills, where the heart of the Erbaluce vines resides which – according to legend – was born from the tears of the Nymph Albaluce. Dinner in a starred restaurant in Caluso, a beautiful nineteenth-century house elegantly furnished and surrounded by vegetable gardens and gardens, where welcoming and elegant furnishings, mise en place with silverware, linen tablecloths and fresh flowers from the garden are the setting for a large kitchen.
