Carema – Borgofranco di Ivrea – Caluso
Meeting in Carema, Carema is a wine, but it is also a town of about 800 inhabitants, in the province of Turin, on the border with the Aosta Valley. It was once defined as a vineyard village, in the sense that the pergola vines were also found between the houses and adorned the gardens and courtyards. The location of the vineyards is a peculiarity of Carema: terraces of a natural amphitheater that starting from 300 meters above sea level reach up to 600 meters above sea level.

The vineyards of Jacquère and more recently of Roussanne (or Bergeron) are located in a very suitable area on the right bank of the Isère, at the point where the Combe de Savoie and the Cluse de Chambery meet. Montmelian wines benefit from a very sunny south-east exposure and give dry whites a delicate note. Dinner and Overnight at the hotel.
